The Play With History web pages (the "Website") are owned and operated by
Play With History, Inc. (hereinafter "PWH"). The following privacy
statement describes the practice of PWH with respect to the
collection, maintenance and disclosure of personally identifiable information
("Personal Information") and non-personally identifiable information you may
voluntarily submit to PWH in connection with the Website.
As part of the normal operation of the Website, we collect and, in some cases,
disclose Personal Information about you. This privacy policy describes the
Personal Information we collect about you and what may happen to that Personal
Information (the "Privacy Policy").
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND SAFE HARBOR PRINCIPLES
It is the policy of PWH to adhere to all applicable laws

Registration Information About You
We ask for Personal Information about you when you create a "User Account" in
order to register PWH simulation games, obtain "PWH Points" through the PWH
Customer Referral Program, participate in the Website Discussion Forum,
or make online purchases from PWH (including, without limitation,
your name, billing address, email address, credit card number,
and expiration date). We may also ask you for information about your
interests, preferences and future needs, so that we can improve the Website content.
Newsletter Subscription Information
From time to time we provide information to our users in the form of electronic
and/or print newsletters. When you create a User Account or register products
with PWH, you will be added to our mailing list and will receive announcements
and information about PWH.
Please see the "Opt-Out Policy" paragraphs below for opt-out information if you do not want to receive announcements and information from PWH. The newsletters will be emailed or mailed directly to the address that you provide when you register. You may also subscribe to receive electronic newsletters and information, without registering a product, by submitting your e-mail address only.
Sales and Information E-mail Links
We may place e-mail links on the Website to allow you to contact us directly. The
Personal Information you provide in these e-mail links is used to respond directly
to your questions or comments. We may also file your comments to improve the Website,
or review and discard the Personal Information. All information, other than Personal

PWH tracks and logs individual log-in times, IP addresses, connection speeds,

and responses, and used to improve the value of the materials and services
available through the Website.
Cookies are small text files that are stored on the site visitor's computer and used to gather and keep track of non-personal information related to you. Information collected through cookies is not linked to any personally identifiable information. Cookies help PWH review the Website traffic patterns and improve the Website. Use by PWH
We use Personal Information to respond to your inquiries, improve our
marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, to improve the
Website and our service offers, and to customize our services and the

and to contact you regarding administrative notices. We may also use
Personal Information to resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.

Where PWH transfers Personal Information received by residents of the
European Union to another party, PWH will require the receiving party
to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required
by the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles with respect to the treatment
of your Personal Information.
OPT-OUT POLICY
PWH allows you to opt out of our use of your Personal Information for
purposes other than the purpose for which it was provided. This would
include, by way of example, marketing and promotional mailings relating
to PWH products and services. You may exercise this option at the time
your Personal Information is collected by checking the appropriate

about you. You can help PWH maintain the accuracy of your information by

delete Personal Information that you have provided, subject to your
understanding that certain deletions may affect our ability to provide
the PWH services you have requested.
LINKS
The Website may include links to other sites. This Privacy Policy applies
to the PWH Website only. Any information you submit to linked sites will be
subject to the privacy policies of those sites, if any. You should review
those policies carefully before providing any information to these linked sites.
SECURITY
PWH undertakes all practical and reasonable steps to protect Personal
Information from unauthorized or accidental access, disclosure, misuse
or processing, or from alteration, destruction or loss. Personal Information
that we collect resides on computers located in PWH's premises or the premises
of our business partners and is accessible only to personnel who, by virtue
of their duties, are required to have access and have been tasked with, the
observance of the principles embodied in this Privacy Policy.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using OpenSSL software (see www.openssl.org for more information). We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
